First, you would have to believe that Don Lemon is still reporting anything for CNN (he isn't).

Next, understand that a masked actor (not Don Lemon) is standing in front of a green screen reporting on a incident that probably happened years ago!

Surely, CNN knows that they are lying to the public...why are they continuing the charade?
