By the way, I waited all week, but I did not receive a copy of the Town of New Hartford 2021 Audited Financial Statements prepared by Drescher & Malecki LLP as I was told I would in a March 15, 2023 email from Deanna Spina, Bookkeeper to the Supervisor.

It really is starting to be quite apparent that they are holding back some information so that no one finds out the financial status of the town.

Whatever could it be that is important enough to ignore NYS FOI Law and continually lie to town residents rather than "man up" and tell the truth???
