"In July the Brunsons get a call from a clerk at the Supreme Court (SCOTUS) asking if they have everything they need. This is highly unusual. In Sept. they get another call from the SCOTUS clerk asking how soon they can re-file their complaint. That means one or more of the Justices are watching this case & want it ASAP. SOMEBODY in SCOTUS WANTS TO SEE THIS CASE. SCOTUS has decided they‘re now going to look at the case.

It tells Congress & this administration that they‘re taking the case seriously. Anytime between now & J6 the Justices could decide they want to review it & take action. Will SCOTUS do this? Highly, highly unlikely. This is really, really big stuff.
