Juan O Savin "Trump - MAGA" - It's Time to Get Busy!!

Juan O Savin (don't be fooled by the fact that you can only see his boots; there is a reason for that!) makes it very clear that we are running out of time to fix the fraud and corruption in this country.

The corruption is deeper than you can even imagine!

Soon, most people will be screaming for answers and wondering how come they didn't see it coming. 

For most, the answers are going to be very difficult to wrap your head around.

When the truth comes out it will leave most people in total shock!

Have you heard any New York State elected officials on the federal; state; or local level saying "Fix 2020" even though it was apparent there were abnormalities in some of our local elections? I have heard crickets.

Anyone seen Chuckie Schumer in person lately? Andy Cuomo?

Have you been watching the number of elected persons in NYS on the local level being arrested? It is just the tip of the iceberg, my friends.


As most of you know, I have been involved with the Patriots for almost two years. Prior to that I was involved as a concerned citizen watching our local government officials in New Hartford.

Between the RINOs and the Democrats, corruption is alive and well even right here on our own doorstep.

Let's not kid ourselves, corruption is allowed to exist because people choose to not get involved.

Even though I have been super busy with the fight on the federal level, I have quietly watched the local level and I have a lot of questions!


Let me start by posting my first couple of question(s) to the New Hartford Town Board...

• How come the New Hartford town board approved a bond resolution on September 8, 2021 for $250,000 stating:

"RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY ADJACENT TO TOWN HALL IN AND FOR THE TOWN OF NEW HARTFORD, ONEIDA COUNTY, NEW YORK, AT A MAXIMUM ESTIMATED COST OF $250,000 AND AUTHORIZING, SUBJECT TO PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM, THE ISSUANCE OF $250,000 BONDS OF SAID TOWN TO PAY THE COST THEREOF."

"The period of probable usefulness of such specific object or purpose is 30 years pursuant to subdivision 21(a) of paragraph a of Section 11.00 of the Local Finance Law."

 

However, to this day, August 2, 2022, (almost one year later) there has been no deed transfer indicating a transfer of land adjacent to the town hall having been filed by the Town of New Hartford according to the Oneida County land database.

What is the status of the bonded money now?

What is the status of the proposed land purchase? Is it (the land and/or the money) still available and the town board just hasn't gotten around to purchasing the land yet or has something else taken place?

• How come the regularly scheduled town board meeting of May 11, 2022 was closed to the public?

What law is the town board hiding behind that allows a town board meeting to be closed to the public?

• How come the annual required financial disclosure report to the Securities and Exchange Commission which is dated as of June 30, 2022 only includes the audit as of December 2020 in place of the May 2021 Annual Update Disclosure (AUD) report which was due to the NYS Comptroller by May 1, 2022?
  
  The most recent financials are required as part of the financial disclosure to the Securities and Exchange Commission.

A page included in the report filed with the June 30, 2022 S.E.C. disclosure appears to be the first page of the AUD for the year ending December 31, 2021. The page is basically blank except that it states at the bottom of the page:

"the Financial Report was prepared as of date thereof and has not been reviewed and/or updated in connection with the preparation and dissemination of this Continuing Disclosure Statement."

However, in regards to that AUD report, a legal notice appeared in the June 9, 2022 Observer Dispatch:

"Town of New Hartford, NY"

"Notice is hereby given that the NYS Annual Update Document of the Town of New Hartford for the period beginning January 1, 2021 and ending December 31, 2021, has been compiled by Drescher & Malecki, LLP, and that the document has been filed in the office where it is available as a public record for inspection by all interested persons."

"Pursuant to to section 35 of General Municipal Law..."

• So...if, according to the town's auditors, the report was available to all interested persons on June 9, 2022, how come it wasn't available to the Securities and Exchange Commission on June 30, 2022?

• It is now August 2022 time to start putting together the 2023 town budget!
  
  Are the most up-to-date financials for the town only as of December 2020 or is something being hidden from view in the May 1, 2022 AUD reported to the NYS Comptroller for the year 2021 ??
  
  Will the Audited Financial Statements ending December 31, 2021 be available prior to the 2023 town budget vote?

• How come not one member of the town board or other town officials who attend these town board meetings has spoken up to ask questions of Miscione or Cully? Instead they appear to be bobble-heads...go along to get along!

I have so many more questions, and I do expect all of them will get answered...sooner or later!
