Catherine Austin Fitts with James Corbett
Aug 12, 2021 - Catherine Austin Fitts is a former investment banking Managing Director at Dillon, Read & Co. and during the Presidency of George H.W. Bush former U.S. Assistant Secretary of Housing and Urban Development.
She earned a bachelor's degree in history from the University of Pennsylvania, and received her MBA from The Wharton School in 1978. In 1986 Fitts became the first woman to be promoted to Managing Director of Dillon, Read & Co. in the investment bank's then 156 year history.
