Giuffre’s Secret Deal with Epstein to be Made Public Monday, January 3, 2022 (today).

A New York court will unseal a confidential 2009 deal between Jeffrey Epstein and Virginia Giuffre.

Lawyers of Prince Andrew have said that the agreement protects the Duke of York, who's been accused by Virginia Giuffre of sexual assault.

A US District Judge will decide on Tuesday whether the case against the Queen's son will continue. Giuffre claims she was trafficked by Epstein when a minor for sex with Prince Andrew - allegations he has denied.

Royal Family Feud: Meghan Markle may testify in Prince Andrew sex case.

Virginia Guiffre’s lawyer David Boies has claimed Meghan Markle “is someone we can count on to tell the truth” in the civil suit brought against Prince Andrew, and may be called as a witness.

As she is a US citizen she would be legally obliged to appear if called, and as a close associate of Andrew she may have “important knowledge."

The depositions may not stop at the Duchess though, with Boies suggesting Prince Charles and even Andrew’s ex-wife Sarah Ferguson might be called upon.
