BREAKING: Rep. Paul Gosar R-AZ Requests Full Investigation into HHS After Project Veritas Exposed Non-Reporting of Adverse COVID Vaccine Effects.
Today, Project Veritas received a copy of a letter that Congressman Paul Gosar (AZ-04) sent to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services [HHS] demanding a “full review of all HHS health care systems nationally to ensure full compliance with vaccine injury reporting laws including reporting all adverse events occurring after the administration of the COVID-19 vaccine.”
In that letter, Congressman Gosar asked that HHS immediately:
- Review all HHS health care systems nationally for compliance with vaccine reporting;
- inform patients if they have suffered vaccine related injuries and inform them of their right to seek compensation.
- Remonstrate employees ad contractors for not reporting.
- Terminate employees and contractors who have deliberately jeopardized public health and harmed individual patients for not reporting vaccine-related injuries.
Here is a copy of the letter with parts of the letter highlighted by Project Veritas for emphasis.

I just received another video regarding new OSHA rules that the Biden Administration has increased its scrutiny of work activities that may expose workers to heat-related hazards:
OSHA Announces Increased Focus on Heat-Related Hazards:
"Through a new enforcement initiative, OSHA will prioritize heat-related interventions and workplace inspections on days when the heat index exceeds 80°F.
On these days, OSHA area directors will dedicate additional resources in responding to heat-related complaints and expand the scope of programmed and unprogrammed inspections to address heat-related hazards. In addition to shaping the focus of OSHA field staff, this initiative also will expand on OSHA’s campaign to educate and assist employers on heat illness prevention."
