You cannot require someone to reveal their medical status. HIPPA Laws have not been repealed.

You cannot make work contingent upon ones medical status. Medical status is a protected class like Religion and Race, and Discrimination laws have not been repealed.

As part of the FDA approval, Pfizer was required to submit the specific ingredients in their vaccine within 14 days of their approval letter.

Since Pfizer never submitted the list of ingredients in the vax; therefore, the FDA has not approved it.

That being the case, the Nuremberg Code is still in effect. You cannot be forced to take an experimental vaccine; they are breaking that law by requiring the vaccine as a condition of employment. That is not even to mention the US Constitution.

Bottom line...

...none of this can be enforced; it is an unlawful mandate and those that try to enforce it will be arrested and tried for Treason. You can take that to the bank!

Picente and his Health Department might want to give some more thought to their vaccine push!
