Utah FLASH FLOODS leave 6k homes without power

Days after flooding caused the mayor of Cedar City to declare a state of emergency, the state has been struck by more heavy flash floods and thunderstorms.

Police in Stockton raised concerns at social media video hunters. "We are seeing way too many videos of cars driving through flood waters. We don't say this for kicks ... TURN AROUND, DON'T DROWN!"

Several urban roads in Millcreek, Utah were affected on Sunday as more than 6,000 homes in the state experienced power outages, while parts of the state capital Salt Lake City were also temporarily closed.
