This time it is a Democrat Senator from Arizona...Arizona State Senator Tony Navarrete

Navarrete was supposedly a community organizer who helped Latinos register to vote at Taco trucks...what could go wrong there?

He was co-sponsor of HCR2021 which would have given all felons the right to vote in Arizona and he also co-sponsored a few laws related to detained juveniles.

Isn't that nice...trying to be a hero for troubled youth?

Arizona State Senator Tony Navarrete Arrested on Suspicion of Sexual Conduct With a Child BY DARRAGH ROCHE ON 8/6/21 AT 3:41 AM EDT

Arizona State Senator Tony Navarrete has been arrested on suspicion of sexual conduct with a child and faces multiple charges, police in Phoenix have confirmed to local media.

Navarrete, a 35-year-old Democrat, was arrested on Thursday and police subsequently confirmed to news outlet Arizona's Family that the arrest relates to suspected sexual conduct with a minor in 2019.

He now faces multiple counts of sexual misconduct with a child as well as other charges, police said, though there are few details available at this time. Arizona's ABC 15 also reported that Navarrete was arrested on suspicion of sex crimes, citing "multiple sources."

State Sen. Otoniel “Tony” Navarrete was arrested and booked on Thursday on suspicion of having sexual contact with a minor in 2019, NBC News reported. Arizona Senate Democrats issued a statement following the arrest.

“We are aware one of our members has been arrested and are awaiting further details and for law enforcement to do its job,” ​ they said. “We will not have further comment at this time.”

But after he appeared in court the Senate and House Democrats from Arizona called on him to resign.

“The circumstances and serious nature of the felony charges faced by Senator Navarrete provide an untenable distraction from his role as an elected official and public servant for District 30,” it said. “He should do the right thing for all involved and immediately resign from the Legislature.”

According to Conservative Brief, several others also called for his resignation.

Navarrete first came into the news when it was reported by Yahoo! News in a August 4th article that the Senator had tested positive for COVID after already having been vaccinated:

An Arizona state lawmaker revealed on Tuesday he tested positive for COVID-19 after being vaccinated against the virus.

Democratic state Sen. Tony Navarrete issued a press release saying he tested positive after conducting a rapid test and a PCR test last week. Navarrete is isolating at home and is experiencing mild symptoms, according to the press release, which also noted the legislator received his final vaccine shot in February.

"COVID-19 cases are once surging in Arizona and across the country and we need to be vigilant," Navarrete said. "Thankfully with the vaccine, my diagnosis is not a death sentence, but an uncomfortable inconvenience. I know that people are tired and frustrated, but it's time to mask up again. The best defense is getting the vaccine and masking up in public, crowded spaces."

I do believe that somewhere between August 4th and August 7th, Navarrete was either given a military tribunal and was found guilty of child trafficking or he is in Gitmo awaiting a tribunal.

Testing positive for COVID after taking a vaccine in most cases involving child sex is code for:

"they confessed and are taking a deal. Their execution will be out of public eye. Execution will be portrayed as a suicide or some sort of accidental death. Their reputation and legacy will be preserved".

Guess time will tell, but Navarrete was no angel and he was abusing children; a crime for which there is no second chance.

That now leaves an open slot in the Arizona Senate just as a vote regarding the failure to comply with a subpoena in regards to the election audit is to get underway.

With Mr. Navarrete's seat open, the next few days should be interesting!
