The Utica Master Plan was once again the topic on Wednesday, March 9, 2011. According to the Observer Dispatch article, the City’s master plan remains priority for Roefaro.
Concerned Citizens as usual videotaped Wednesday's meeting. We have to say that after perusing the City of Utica assessment database, we were amused to learn that some of the most outspoken critics against our videotaping and reporting on the Utica Master Plan don't even appear to own property in the city [and they say that we don't have a stake in the City of Utica?].
Anyway, Mr. Montecalvo, chair of the Infrastructure and Development subcommittee, spoke at Wednesday's meeting. Here is Mr. Montecalvo's commentary:

The city is still accepting public comments on its Draft Master Plan at City of Utica Master Plan.
Incidentally, we also videotaped the February 23, 2011 Master Plan discussion and we will have the video of that session online this weekend.
